Experience The Montana Fair 2022 in Billings
The fair runs from August 12th through August 20th, 2022, and is hosted by MetraPark in Billings.
Visitors can enjoy endless entertainment at the fair. There are hundreds of competitions, including livestock and crafts. Families will love the old-fashioned carnival rides and fair food. In addition, the fair hosts internationally acclaimed music artists such as Nelly for live spectacular live concerts.
Montana Fair Competitions
Residents around the state enter their prized animals into contests, and close to 10,000 people win cash and ribbons for their efforts.
Residents will show entries such as pigs, sheep, horses, cattle, goats, and bunnies. In addition to animal shows, there are arts, crafts, food, and wine competitions. Residents will show off their crochet skills, pickles, wine, beer, and more.

Thomas Carnival runs a variety of rides and games. Visitors can enjoy their favorite carnival rides and attractions like a Ferris Wheel and ring toss. The carnival has a shady area for kid's rides, and the Kid's World exhibit has free activities and games.

On Friday, August 12th, at 7:00 P.M., guests can attend a special concert with Elle King. Elle King is a talented country, blues, and soul singer and songwriter. She has been nominated for dozens of awards and won several Country Music Association Awards.
Collective Soul & Switchfoot
Collective Soul & Switchfoot will perform live on Saturday, August 13th, at 7:00 P.M. Switchfoot is a contemporary band whose music was featured in the film A Walk to Remember. They have been performing live for over two decades. Switchfoot won a Grammy Award for their Hellow Hurricane album. In addition, they've won 12 San Diego Music Awards and 11 GMA Dove Awards.
Collective Soul has been playing music together for thirty years. Their distinctive rock sound delights fans, and Collective Soul has won many music awards.
Nelly
Rapper Nelly will be entertaining fans on Sunday, August 14th at 7:00 P.M. Nelly has won three Grammy Awards and nine Billboard Music Awards. He is the fourth best-selling American rap artist in music history and has sold 21 million albums. He is also a talented actor and appeared in the 2005 film The Longest Yard.
