The Fieldhouse
The Fieldhouse opened in downtown Billings in 2012. They are committed to using fresh, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. While they serve lunch and dinner most nights throughout the week, they open on weekends for brunch from 9 am to 2 pm. The brunch menu includes breakfast favorites like french toast and twists on classic dishes like fried chicken benedict and shirred eggs. Unique items on the brunch menu include the vegan Buddha Bowl, made with quinoa, chickpeas, sweet potatoes, cassava, and coconut tofu.
Located next door, the Fieldhouse also operates a coffeehouse and bakery called The Annex. The coffee shop offers coffee, espresso drinks, and a variety of teas. They are also known for their freshly baked pastries, bread, and homemade donuts.

Their breakfast menu includes their famous waffle pressed biscuits, pancakes, and steel-cut oatmeal.
